How to Create an Account
The new login steps are simple:
- On DOB NOW’s login page, input the email you have used in the past to login to DOB NOW (either for your eFiling account or DOB NOW profile).
- You must use the same email address when first creating your NYC.ID to access your previous filings.
- The system will redirect you to the NYC.ID registration page, where you can complete the fields and select Create Account.
- Activate the new account through an emailed activation link from NYC.ID.
